LED screens for the 2025-2026 season of Kings League and Queens League, adapted to 7 countries (Spain, Mexico, Italy, Brazil, France, Germany and MENA).

The challenge: approximately 200 screens per country, each one versionable across 7 countries and 2 competitions, with sponsors that change in every market and deadlines tied to a relentless calendar of live matches. Maintaining a unified visual identity at that scale requires treating the project as a complex system rather than a collection of individual pieces.

To solve it, I designed the graphics and built an automated After Effects project system that generates the different combinations while preserving design, typography and composition, adapting to the LED size and technical specifications of each country and their teams. The design is prepared once, and the system replicates it.
